Healthy tip of the day!

Steam cook a package of Brussel Sprouts. Drain. Add butter or margarine, salt and pepper, and parsley flakes. To put some pizzazz in it add some minced garlic cover the pot and let it melt the butter.
WOW! Talk about goooD!!! No sugar and if you use light margarine hardly any fat. What more could you want!
That's my healthy tip for the day.

Can you believe that in my 40 years I have never eaten a brussel sprout?! Crazy I know.
