Honey, I'm home!

My husband and I went to Vermont!!!  I still can hardly believe we went!  Everything was so beautiful and everybody was so nice!  I would move there in a heartbeat but...I don't think I could handle the cold winters there!

Georgia National Fair 2010!!!

This is the picture I entered at the Georgia National Fair in Perry, GA.  It will be displayed throughout the entire fair at the Miller-Murphy building with all the other paintings.  Some of the painters from my painting classes have also entered their artwork.  It will be nice to see all the other paintings along with mine.
This painting is a one that was taught by Clemmie Allen, president of Georgia Peach Painters.  It is an orignal painting by Sherry C. Nelson.

Vermont here we come!!!

My husband and I have been wanting to go to Vermont for years to see the leaves change and some of those beautiful old covered bridges.  So here we come!  We are leaving tomorrow morning!  I can hardly wait!
