I really think that scroll work is cool. I ...Wow! I really think that scroll work is cool. I have never painted it myself, but need to give it a try. Did you free hand the "welcome"? If so, you did a great job. I hate my handwriting so doing letter work is a challenge for me. I have some stamps, but that take away from the handpainted look.
